Here's what we do in our fully equip salon:
The grooming session;
Before any grooming takes place we health check your pet to ensure all is well. Although this is done each and everytime your dog visits us we do ask that you inform us if you dog has had any illness, injuries or problems since their last visit to us.
During the health check we will check your dogs coat condition and coat type and decide which one of our extensive range of shampoos and conditioners will be required.
We will then clip nails and clean ears.
Once the pre bath essentials are complete we will bathe your dog in our state of the art electric dog bath, this type of bath is excellent for our larger breeds and older dogs. If anal glands are to be emptied they will be done whilst your dog is in the bath.
Now they are all clean we move them to the grooming table and dry them using our finishing dryer ensuring all knots and matts (if any) are removed.
Now it's time for the styling... we will follow the instrucions you have given us as to how you require your dog to be styled.
And for the final touch your pooch will get a small puff of conditioning spray for that extra glossy coat and lovely smell.
After you dog has been groomed he/she will be placed in a crate to wait for your arrival.
